Johnson & Pace Designs Frac Tech Facilities Across the Country

Frac Tech Services began operations in 2002 and with the help of Johnson & Pace Incorporated is building facilities all over the nation. The company serves the oilfield industry, primarily offering products and services for high pressure pumping. Johnson & Pace began working with Frac Tech Services on their new facility in Longview. Charles Thomson, Project Manager with Johnson & Pace, worked with Frac Tech on this 30,000 sf facility including a 8,960 sf office area, 16,000 sf shop with wash bays and a fueling island and a 5,000 sf warehouse facility. Johnson & Pace provided all the design services needed to complete the project including land surveying, civil and MEP engineering and architectural design for the Longview facility and the other facilities across the country.

Frac Tech saw there was something different about Johnson & Pace and they knew Johnson & Pace could provide the support the company needed to expand. Since that first project Johnson & Pace has designed facilities in Vernal, Utah; Parachute, Colorado; Odessa, Texas; McAlister, Oklahoma; Conway, AR; and Bryan, Texas for Frac Tech. Doug Camp, Johnson & Pace Project Architect, recently began the design for an office renovation for the company’s corporate office in Aledo, Texas. Project Manager, Charles Thomson, commented, “When a client comes back to us for additional work, we know we have done our job by keeping the client satisfied. Their return is the greatest compliment I could receive.”
