One of our company’s highest priorities is the health and safety of our clients and our employees. In response, Johnson & Pace has developed processes to comply with requirements of federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, such as the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Department of Transportation (DOT). We are also committed to responding to any additional safety concerns expressed by our clients.
Utilizing a Professional Safety Company we ensure proper training of employees monthly. Johnson & Pace is a proud member of several independent organizations that house our safety and regulatory compliance, allowing our clients and potential clients access to review our safety ratings.
Johnson & Pace safety behaviors and guidelines are in place to not only ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently but to protect our company’s most valuable asset, our staff. Examples of these measures require team members traveling to a worksite to wear hard hats, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and regulation attire, as well as our surveyors wearing fire-retardant suits and gloves.
